500g pack 15% fat beef steak mince
½ tsp garlic powder
15g fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 slice white bread
1½ tbsp olive oil
500g carton passata
200g frozen spinach, defrosted and extra moisture squeezed out
100g mozzarella, torn into pieces
10g Italian style hard cheese, finely grated

Method
1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Put the mince and garlic powder in a large bowl with half the parsley.
2. Blitz the bread to crumbs in a food processor. Add half to the bowl with the mince. Season and mix well. Roll the mixture into 20 meatballs and place on a plate.
