Air Fryer Backed Potato
Wash the potato in under sink water.
With a fork, poke holes all over the potato.
Rub with Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place in the Air Fryer and set to 390 degrees and set to 35 mins.
Once done, check the tenderness to your liking.
If not tender enough, place back in the air fryer and cook at 390 degrees for an additional 8 mins.
