2 lb flank steak or skirt steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic (about 3 -4 cloves)
8 oz beer
