1/2 Medium Onion
120gr (4oz) Achiote Paste
4 Large Avocado leaves

Mix the dry ingredients, with the exception of the avocado leaves, onions, and garlic, together after toasting and grinding the spices. Mix in about 3oz of the sour orange juice to make a paste. Slice up onions, crush garlic. Then mix your pork in, and layer into your banana leaves.
