2 lbs thinly sliced Flank or Skirt Steak
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Black Pepper
⅓ tsp Oregano
Juice from 1 lime
1 onion thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper’
Slices of Jalapenos if desired.
Drizzled with Canola and seasoned with ½ tsp salt and ¼ pepper
Heat the Grizzler Pan on high for about 10 minutes. Sautee half the meat and cook until rare. Place the cooked meat in a bowl. Add half the vegetables to the Grizzler placing the peppers near the hottest part of the oven. Then add onions. When the vegetables start to char, remove the plate, and stir. When the onions start to get translucent, add the meat back to the Grizzler to reheat.
Heat tortillas directly on the stone. Serve meat and vegetables and add guacamole, cheese, salsa. Add slices of jalapenos, tomatoes, or other condiments or sour cream.
Guacamole 2 ripe Avocados
¼ cup minced onion
1 clove garlic grated or minced
Salt and Pepper to your liking.
Minced Jalapenos if you want a little heat
