Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

2 tsp cumin
1 tsp Oregano
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2 Chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp lime juice
½ cup Orange Juice
½ cup light beer (optional)

½ small purple and green cabbage (shredded), ½ a purple onion sliced, 2 sliced habaneros
2 cups vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
Garlic lime sauce
2 cloves minced garlic, 2-3 Tbsp lime juice, ½ cup sour cream

1 avocado diced

Place the pork loin into a crockpot set to low. Now add the cumin, oregano, chili powder, garlic and onion powder, chipotles, lime and orange juice and beer. Add it back to the juices.
