Pasta water is good for the sauce, do not drain out all of it, the water is not only good for flavor but helps glue the sauce and the pasta together, also helps thicken the sauce.

Add in the spaghetti to the sauce or serve it on top of it. Mixing the two together before serving is more delicious though, because the sauce gets infused in the pasta.

Another important secret is mixing your sauce and your pasta immediately after the pasta is cooked, if you take too long it will stick together.

Serve with spaghetti , bread or anything else you desire.

You can add cheese if you wish, preferrably mozzarella.
