SAUSAGE MUFFINS:
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and distribute evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. These freeze well too!
