1kg chicken
500g pasta
500g tiny tomatoes
400g feta
1 Tbs garlic
1/4 C butter
Chopped basil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Tenderise and marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
In a dish add baby tomatoes feta and pour a good amount of olive oil and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Rub it all in baby!
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until all soft.

Add the chicken and 1/4 C butter and cook until ready. Set aside.
Boil the pasta until al dente strain and save 1/2 C pasta water.
Mix the feta with the tomatoes until all combined and add the pasta, chicken and basil.
Mix it all in and enjoy!
