Put all other ingredients in small pot and heat until boiling.
Turn off heat and allow to steep for up to 1 hr, then pour in
container with onions. Place in frig over night.
To serve;
Remove pork from cooker, shred with fork in bowl. Take
remaining juices from cooker and poor over pork and mix.
