salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 and 1/2 Tablespoons butter
2 shallots (1/2 cup chopped)
1 pound mushrooms of your choice sliced
4 ounces chopped pancetta
1 and 1/2 cups Italian Sweet Marsala Wine
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup heavy cream or double cream
fresh parsley or 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
The wine that I used is: Opici Imported Marsala
