1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef or turkey
9 oz. bag of fritos, corn chips, or chili cheese fritos
2- cans cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. picante sauce
1 1/2- 2 cups shredded nacho and taco cheese
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
