Preheat the pellet grill to 400F
Put the tomatoes in 9-inch by 13-inch baking tray.
Drizzle ½ cup olive oil over the tomatoes, and sprinkle salt and pepper, to your taste.
Mix the tomatoes until they are all coated with the olive oil and seasoning.
Put the block of feta in the middle of the baking tray with the tomatoes.
Drizzle the ¼ cup of olive oil over the cheese. Coat the feta with the oil then sprinkle it with some salt and pepper.
Bake it in your pellet smoker or oven for 35 minutes.
In the last 15-20 minutes, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Take the baking tray our and sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped basil over the tomato and pasta.
Add the pasta and stir everything in the tray unil it’s well mixed.
Serve it immediately!
